Designing a project in Texas?

We're here to help.

If you are designing a project in Texas with a budget of at least $50,000, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requires special accessibility provisions through the Elimination of Architectural Barriers Program. There are multiple steps in this process and final approval is given upon completion of the process.

Your project must be registered and managed by a State of Texas Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS). A CD Plan review and final accessibility inspection are also required. We provide these services for our clients.
